We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety regulations.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at themegcoarg@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
